I am a general and community paediatrician with a life purpose to help children and their families with health, emotional and behavioural issues. At times I provide the help needed and at times I help families navigate the complex health services to find the best choices.
We book up to 6 months in advance. Children are put on a waitlist in order from the day the referral is read. Once your child is near the top of the list, we will contact you for any further information, the book the appointment.
You can get ahead of the queue by working with my staff to have everything that is needed to book right straight away.
Reception Hours for phone calls 9AM to 4 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9-12.
Consulting hours usually Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 0820- 4pm and Friday mornings.
As of Term 3 2026 I will only consult Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays, except in special circumstances such as making up for being sick or attending a conference.
Conditions I receive referrals for include
- Development or learning difficulties and intellectual disability
- Behavioural issues triggered by emotional reactions (eg. worries or frustration)
- Bladder and bowel concerns (eg. constipation, soiling, prolonged loose stools and urinary accidents)
- Attention, focus, hyperactivity and impulsivity issues
- Autism Spectrum traits
- Social and relational challenges
- Past emotional trauma, interrupted attachment, out-of-home care arrangements
- Asthma, Eczema and other allergies
- Epilepsy
